Our Onboarding Process

  • First we meet with you, typically via zoom, to learn about your business, your priorities, and what you hope to achieve in the life of your dance studio. We figure out what kind of services you’re looking for, and the best way we can help you be successful without any extra time or work from you.

  • We create a proposal based off what you explained in the consultation is a top priority for you. Typically, this proposal is sent as a short video for you to watch to really see what I would be doing for you, and explain the price options.

  • After a plan has been decided from the proposal, I will create an engagement letter that details each of our responsibilities in this business partnership, and defines the scope of work. No long term contracts, month-to-month, with only 30 days notice (on both ends!)

  • If you already have QBO, all we need is an accountant invite. New to QBO? No problem! We will handle the setup and get everything rolling for you.
